The first reading is composed of two parts and discusses 'Essential Email Etiquette' and 'Email Do's and Don'ts'
In the first reading "Essential Email Etiquette" It discussed the formality of composing and sending emails and that you must use a subject appropriate to your email, address the recipient properly like by using there full names, spelling their names correctly for example (Dear Ms. Apple), select a tone which is appropriate for the email, like if it is a formal one like to a business you would use proper language and no abbrevations and correct spelling, not like you would in message to yours friends like (hi!, watsup, brb, u, r..etc), edit your email incase you made typos, didnt explain something right, or used incorrect wording. The use of attachments, if you are sending them let the recipient know becuae they might mark it as spam.
The second part 'Email Do's and Don'ts' discusses what and what you should now do in composing an email. The articles says when your a sender that you should first judge whether email is the appropriate meathod of communication, get straight to the point so you hold the recipients attention, make sure you convey what your suppose to, like dont miss the point of the email, explain when you need the response and who should respond,be sure to explain things, dont assume they know what you know, dont forget to check spelling and grammar for typos, stick to a topic when writing an email dont go blabbering on about something else and remeber to be patient when your waiting for a reply.
5
Reading two cover the topic of spam spam is known as the constant unwanted emails that you recieve in your inbox, alot of it may be advertising as well as alot of other things.SPAM can be annoying for large businesses and corporations becaue they must filter through SPAM to find legitimate emails.Emails are free this enables SPAMMERS to send as many emails as they want, it destroys the value of email, it wastes time, you cant get rid of it.Generally this reading discusses all the implications of SPAM and that its an infinate problem which is extremly hard or even impossible to be free from.
